Terms of Use and Subscription

These Terms govern your use of the “ПроВес” service (the website pro-ves.ru and the mobile apps). By using the service, you accept these Terms.

1. Acceptance of terms

By registering or using the service, you confirm that you accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Who may use the service

The service is intended for persons aged 16 or older (or older where your local law requires) who have legal capacity to enter into a contract.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account access secure and for actions taken under it. Provide accurate information. You may delete your account at any time in the app or by request to {{support_email}}.

4. Licence and acceptable use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the service for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not: break the law, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorised access, or copy or resell the service.

5. Important disclaimer: not medical advice

ПроВес is a nutrition-tracking tool. Calorie and macro figures, including those produced by AI, are estimates and may be inaccurate. The service does not provide medical services and is not a substitute for advice from a doctor or dietitian. Consult a professional before changing your diet.

6. Subscription and payment

• Premium subscription unlocks advanced features. Available plans and prices are shown on the website and in the app.
• Free trial. New users may be offered a free trial. If you do not cancel before it ends, it converts to a paid subscription.
• Auto-renewal. The subscription renews automatically for the same period at the same price until you cancel. For purchases made on the website, payment is processed by YooKassa, and a payment-method token is saved for renewals.
• In-app purchases. iOS/Android in-app purchases are processed by the Apple App Store, Google Play or RuStore under their rules; manage such subscriptions in the relevant store settings.
• Receipts. Payments made via YooKassa generate a fiscal receipt in accordance with Russian law (54-FZ).

7. Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel auto-renewal at any time in the “Account” section of the website (for YooKassa subscriptions) or in your app store settings. After cancellation, premium access remains until the end of the paid period; the unused portion is generally non-refundable unless required by law.

Consumers in Russia are covered by the Consumer Protection Law. Consumers in the EU have a 14-day right of withdrawal; by starting to use the digital content before that period ends, you consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once performance has begun.

8. Intellectual property

All rights to the service, its design, logo and source code belong to the Operator. The data you enter (your food diary) remains yours; you grant us the right to process it to operate the service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or the law. You may stop using the service at any time by deleting your account.

10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages and do not warrant uninterrupted, error-free operation or the accuracy of AI estimates. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the law of the Russian Federation, unless the mandatory law of your country of residence provides otherwise. Disputes are resolved in accordance with applicable law.

12. Changes to the terms

We may change these Terms. The current version is published on this page. By continuing to use the service after changes, you accept the updated Terms.
